There’s something special about weddings that keep it close, where every detail, person, and moment feels intentional. M and G’s Cape Cod wedding celebration at Small’s Swamp Trail and The Chapel in the Pines was one of those days. Full of meaning, handmade touches, and pure joy, it was everything a wedding should be.

Some days just feel right from the start, and this one was all heart. There’s a nice little rhyme for ya! Their ceremony at Small’s Swamp Trail, in Truro, MA, was intimate, surrounded by the quiet of the woods off a trail overlooking the ocean with their closest people. They stood under a handmade chuppah, the kind that carries the fingerprints of care, and the bride wore a veil her mom made by hand, delicate and personal in the best way. It all felt so true to them—simple, beautiful, and full of meaning.

After the ceremony, everyone headed over to The Chapel in the Pines, in Eastham, MA, for a cozy celebration that felt like a warm gathering of friends more than a formal reception. Just as the rain let up, a rainbow stretched across the sky. It was one of those moments that stops everyone in their tracks. People stepped outside, pointed, laughed, took it in. You couldn’t plan it if you tried

The night wrapped up with chairs in the air, everyone cheering through the hora, laughter echoing off the chapel walls. I always love this energy! It was a day that blended sentiment and celebration perfectly with a real, unfiltered love that shines through when people are fully themselves.
